According to the yearbook the Color Guards, Marchers, and Twirlers had "long, tedious practices after school" supporting the football team and marching "in the Memorial Day Parade" among other events. The JHS Class of 1965 will have their 60th reunion this year. The current Johnstown Color Guard will participate in both the Johnstown Memorial Service and the Gloversville Memorial Day Parade this Memorial Day, Monday, May 26th.
